Owasso is a northern suburb of Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 23,771 at the 2005 census.

The racial makeup of the city was 86.66% White, 1.60% African American, 5.04% Native American, 1.05% Asian, 0.01% Pacific Islander, 1.67% from other races, and 3.98% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.94% of the population.
